Trama
Il papero alieno Howard viene trasportato a Cleveland (Ohio) da un esperimento fallito con un laser. Il fascio di luce ha trascinato con sè anche lo spirito di uno degli Occulti Super Sovrani dell'Universo, deciso a distruggere la Terra. Ad aiutare Howard è la cantante rock Beverly Switzler.
